on the first floor of the hotel, The Wellington
Room appeals to those guests that want a little
more intimate atmosphere. This more modern room
offers seclusion from the other function venues
and is suitable for up to 25 guests.

Our spacious standard rooms are 43qms with
plenty of space for the whole family. All rooms
feature modern ensuite bathrooms with
individually controlled heating. They also offer
various bed configurations including twin bedded
rooms and can accommodate up 4 adults and
Kitchen facilties.
Antiques suites
Our magnificently restored Antique Suites and
very spacious ranging from 39sqm up to 59 sqm.
All Antique Suites are furnished with genuine
antique furniture including canopy beds and
large antique wardrobes. Guests in antique
suites enjoy complimentary plunger coffee and
port.
Presidential Suite
Located on the top level of the Hotel the
Presidential Suite has panoramic views of Hobart
and surronding areas. A four poster queen size
bed, kitchenette with stove and microwave. The
bathroom is complete with a large Corner Spa
with seperate shower.
Trust Cottage
Our National Trust Heritage listed convict
built Cottages sleep 1-2 persons and are 78sqm
in size. Further facilities include a Queen size
4 poster bed, Large corner Spa, balcony, leather
