Meehan's Private Dining Room - Our spacious Private Dining Room seats up to 35 people in great comfort. Featuring formally set table and a backdrop of views of the Derwent River, the atmosphere is perfect for your rehearsal dinner or recruitment dinner, surprise party or business supper - indeed any event that calls for a slightly more adventurous cuisine while maintaining a certain air of elegance with spectacular water views.

Cove Restaurant - The Cove Restaurant on the Lobby Level is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and provides a wide range of food, buffet style or a-la-carte, in a relaxed dining atmosphere. Hobart's only and premium Seafood Buffet is available for dinner - seven nights and Sunday lunch.

Spinnaker Bar - The Spinnaker Bar, located at the rear of the Hotel Grand Chancellor on the corner of Davey and Campbell Streets, is open Friday nights from 5:00-7:00pm. The Spinnaker Bar has a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere with a jukebox and plenty of tables and seating. The bar is available for private functions for local sporting groups, 21st birthdays or any special occasion that requires a private venue.

The Atrium - The Atrium Lounge with its newly extended bar area now offers a selection of beers on tap including 'Guinness' Enjoy the refinement of High Tea from 3pm to 5pm Wednesday to Sunday. Freshly prepared pastries, gourmet sandwiches, hot savouries served with tea or coffee.
